There's the Army's Driver and Mechanic Badge (see para 8-20 of AR 600-8-22*). However, it's not a case of "good driving without incident", there are specific eligibility requirements:
● Be assigned as the driver or assistant driver of a government vehicle
● 1 year or at least 8,000 miles without an accident or traffic violation

If you want to recognize someone who doesn't meet the criteria, you can always do a certificate and present it in front of formation/group/class/etc.

MSG (Join to see) - Thats messed up. Pretty sad no one in your CoC bothered to ensure you were properly certified and helped you at at the end to get the badge.

SSG Carlos Madden - Not that I'm still mildly bitter about it....along with my missing CAB from Iraq. But, that's another bitterness for another day.

If not the driver's badge, write up a good paragraph and submit for an AAM.

SGT (Join to see), if you are asking about safe driving in your POV then no. Recognition for safe driving (POV) might fall within the realm expected of good conduct awards, and certainly safety awards that your military unit or command might provide. You can get a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course Badge if you complete that course. If you're asking about driver badges associated with military vehicle operation, those would include Motor Vehicle Operator Badge and the Driver and Mechanic Badge. Those are easy to look up for more details.
