Is there an official Army document detailing who and how many soldiers should have access to the command portal within a unit? I'm taking over as training NCOIC soon. I'm finding that a lot of people have access to the command portal that shouldn't. Help would be appreciated!

Might be unit SOP. I've never seen a reg on this.
