Make an appointment at your normal dental clinic. They will make a referral for treatment that cannot be done in the office.

Yes. Just had my braces removed a few weeks ago

Yes. There are two of them. Go to your home clinic and talk to a Gen Dentist and see if you qualify for a referral.

Some helpful things you can do on your end: get your original models and bring them over. It's not necessary just helpful.
