It's not free but Rosetta Stone offers a lifetime membership for all languages for about $200. There are other options, but that is going the best value, particularly if you want to dabble in different languages.

You can use the Duolingo app to learn many different languages, it's easy, fun and free! The free version allows for some limited access based on your mistakes, so I switched over to the unlimited version to allow more practice time. That was only $60 annually which is pretty reasonable for unlimited access. I've been using it daily for over two years so can highly recommend!
