I am enlisting in the National Guard but failed the Red Green color test at MEPS. I've researched online and it seems my options are now very limited as to what MOS I can pursue. Are there waivers available or physical tests I can retake in the future?

Ask your recruiter to submit a proponent exception to policy. If they approve it then you can enlist in said MOS you currently do not qualify for.

Certain career fields should be out. If you cannot positively identify the munitions color coding, you probably shouldn't be handling ordnance.

I absolutely failed both the Ishihara plates AND the red green test - 4/14 correct answers. I managed to lock down a 35F slot anyways. They gave me a waiver at MEPs without even asking if I wanted to keep the job lmfao.
