I'm a 14T and patriot itself is expanding so we need more people but I really don't like my job so I was wanting to know if there is any way I can still reclass out of our MOS.

First stop should be your career counselor.

If you don't want to go through him, then go through http://www.armyreenlistment.com/Messages/MILPER/In_Out_Calls_16_117_20160422.pdf

All of these jobs are ones you can submit a packet for to change your MOS regardless of in out calls as long as you meet the requirements and they accept you.

I went to selection for PSYOP in November, airborne in June, and heading to Bragg next month to begin Q course. All that while getting out of recruiting early. It all depends on how bad you want it.

This may sound stupid but where is my career counselor?

SPC (Join to see) - Not a stupid question. Not sure what unit you are in, but generally they are at Bn and BDE level. You should have a Retention NCO in your battery though. They can get you over to the CC.

Look at the in and out calls on smapp. I know there's quit a few mos's needing people as long as you fit the criteria. You can always drop a packet to do any of the special operations.

Hahaha is that a serious question? You must not be ADA. Unless you’re an ass kissing, brown nosing soldier, you’ll never go anywhere in ADA. Hence the reason ADA is so poorly undermanned because of large amounts of Ppoor leadership

Nope, I am not even in the Army. My son is joining and has selected 14T. So yeah, it is a serious question looking for a serious, unemotional analysis.
