The other advice is find a recruiter, they will have a list of near by SEAL/EOD mentors. Good luck the mind is stronger than the body.

Go to the SAR school house they can help you... This is not just a NSW thing Divers and swimmers need to know how to use it also. They can help you we had trying out for our UCT dive teams and also trying for EOD and BUD's so I know they can help you.
