1. You can look them up yourself. 2. You can look at the Vet organizations to get practical help in upgrading, as they take training on it and are suppose to be current on it.

Look it up on the internet or go to the JAG office. Dispense with "Latrine Lawyers".

Either retain a private attorney as LT Terry Lober suggested, or search to see if there is a free legal services organization near you that provides services to veterans.
