SFC(P) Tobias M., the question/post (I didn't see it) may have skirted too close to recruiting, which they do have here, but on the employers side of the coin it's a paid service. Web servers, development, and advertising aren't free, so it's one of the financial vehicles for keeping this site alive.

And how does one go about doing that if they were never in the Military? They have to have been in the Military to even join this.

I looked into it once, and I had an email exchange with Rally point, but I haven't gotten my company to approve the funding. If you're interested in career corner advertising, etc. Elizabeth Malkin [login to see] was the one helping me. I'd suggest contacting her directly.
