Is this the turn of the tide for a major source of dysfunction in the military?

This open letter, written by a woman Airman (who widely used a pen name) expresses the feelings of both the men and women of the Air Force, at least as I knew it to be. This sort of "protected class" business may have a place in civilian society, but, as shown here, is contrary to cohesive unit work environments and general esprit de corps. What are your thoughts?

Damn!! This woman just spoke the truth and nothing but the truth! Very interesting that she takes her stance this way and I applaud her for that. I just hope her letter gains some traction and these classes will change for the better or go away and become a CBT. I am pleased with the support they have for victims but unfortunately these classes do nothing to prevent sexual assault.

The article definitely gave me a different view on how some of the training we recieve can be viewed. Very interesting.

I love it, possibly the best written article I have seen in a long, long time. It is addressed to the SARC, but is aimed at the system in general. Kudos to this airman for speaking her mind.
