Is USAF FTA ETP Retraining into 1D7X1 possible for non-3DXXX's?

If I have my CompTIA Security+ SY0-501, is there any way (waiver, additional ETP, etc.) I can retrain into 1D7X1 Cyber Defense & Network Ops under FTA Retraining, or is it 100% closed to all except 3DXXX's?
