Is wearing a flag patch on a backpack against regulations?

I don't care. I am going to wear my representation of "Merica" where ever I want in civilian attire. My representation of the US flag is not a real flag or part of the military uniform.

Not one to talk. I was a draftee. Rules and regs were sort of foreign territory for me. I thought you new guys were wearing the flag patch backwards all these years.
