I don't know! If it is not, then it should be treated just as any American flag is to be treated. ie. it should NEVER be allowed to touch anything below it. or to be soiled worn or unraveled.

It’s the duty of the CSM to enforce the wearing of the uniform. The flag is probably the one thing most CSM’s will fight to defend the proper display or the wearing of it on uniform. They may error but it will be to protect the integrity of the flag.
