Issues with MEPS ?

I've been trying to enlist for 2 years now in the navy I went to keep in Knoxville for my physical etc was told I needed a med consult because my hands slightly shake but was told to get dental work within standards and then the consult would be scheduled I got dental work done then called my recruiter and he told me he was no longer recruiting to call his station instead I transferred stations to a recruiter closer to me who had my file transferred to Louisville Meps whom then sent me a DQ paper saying I have a billateral tremor if I what to do or what happened why did Louisville disqualify over something that Knoxville was gonna schedule a consult for to see what it actually is my hands slightly shake???:
