I was reminded tonight while talking to a good friend that it's the small things in life that make me smile. What small things make you smile?
I feel as a Master Resilience Trainer I should also put out that you should find a few minutes each day to "hunt the good stuff" and reflect on the good that happened each day to really help you out.

The goofy things my kids do make me smile, just watching them learn and grow.

CPT Brian Maurelli it makes me smile when I ask "Who did this" and get the same blank response from my dog and my kid.
