Just seen my updated rank on ERB. Do I have to do anything for them to adjust my pay ? Like go to S1/Finace? Or it does it automatically ?

Nope, it will be automatic. The same system that feeds the update for your ERB will also adjust your pay. You may or may not see due to the pay cycle. But you should be good for this month. If you don't see it then I would then ask about.

True. Although Army personnel systems and DFAS systems are different networks and talk with eachother on different intervals. However, unless something really odd happens, they usually get it right. The newly-promoted Soldier will get paid correctly, usually sooner rather than later when it comes to promotions.
