I saw this video using a Navy submarine commander's discussion on how he ran his boat, which seemed to go against Navy tradition (I am in the Army, so don't want to misspeak), but was overall extremely successful.
Lots of lessons to take from this, your thoughts?

Leadership is different for everybody and every situation. No two leaders are the same either. That is what makes being in charge difficult at times. Its how you understand how to change your leadership styles to fit the people that you are working with.
