SPC Swensen, as mentioned by Mr. Roberts, there are programs available for assistance through the VA. In addition, the American Bar Association sponsors a program called the Military Pro Bono Project to assist active duty military members with legal issues. They also have a program to assist veterans with disability claims. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.

I found the answer not only to my legal needs as a 30 year combat veteran; but to the legal needs of my family, friends, and coworkers (when I was still active duty). In doing so, I found a way to gain access to a closed network of law firms across the U.S. and Canada, composed of the highest rated attorneys, averaging over 19 years of experience. Best of all, it was not only affordable (less than $1.00 per day), it was being delivered through a well established 42+ year company called LegalShield. They not only handle all our legal needs, they protect/safeguard our identity through a partnership with Kroll (Global leader in risk mitigation) via their IDShield. I have to admit, I liked/loved the service so much, because of the fact that LegalShield is making a difference in so many lives; I became a marketing agent. So check out this link, and if you see an opportunity for yourself, or would simply like addition information, message me. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwmTrqeo4jKxZThmSWRmMFVpRlU/view
