Fishing is one of my favorite ways to relax. With six state parks and three rivers within an hours drive plenty of places to fish. Doesn't count all the streams and ponds in area

We fished in Key West and had fish fries. Around 1972, while I visited my oldest brother in Army Hawk Missiles there. We snorkeled near Boca Chica Rd. The pic is cast-netting for mullet in Tampa Bay.

2 of the 4 are gone. Step Father on left and Brother on the right. We mostly ate small barracuda and reef fish. The cudas are semi-poisonous over 3.5 feet. Brother shared a trailer with Army buddy. Great times and a great Summer.

The most productive fishing spot I've visited was Airplane Bay in Lafitte, LA. 7am to 9am on a Friday morning. 19 Redfish in 2 hours, too bad I could keep only 5.
