$15 an hour. That is pretty mediocre. That's 31k/yr which wouldn't be bad for some poor fella who after 6 years (min enlistment for AECF in navy) doesn't make rank or receive BAH. But if married, or E5, where you should be at 6 years according to LADR, it's not comparable.

No offense, MSgt, but $15/hr? Yikes. If they were in "high need" of qualified technicians, they'd offer better pay.

As a former Navy Electronics Tech with no college degree, I started working in the Detroit Metro Area testing automotive electronics at well over $20/hr and have earned two raises in under 3 years.

Regardless, if I come across anyone who needs a job and has the experience, I will have them contact you. Good luck filling the position.
