Army 92Gs,
I am the 1SG for the United States Army Priority Air Transport (USAPAT), headquarters at Joint Base Andrews, MD. We are currently struggling to fill positions for Flight Stewards on our Gulfstream aircraft, flying our senior leadership of the Army. We are the only battalion with Gulfstreams in the United States Army and, as such, the only place you will see 92Gs as Flight Stewards. We are trying to hire some of the best in the field. If that's you, please contact me. Here are a few of the basic qualifications (not all inclusive):
- US Citizen
- Have or able to attain a Secret clearance
- Able to handle extensive TDY travel
- Excellent record of evaluation reports
- GT score of 105 or higher (waiverable)
- Pass the APFT and height/weight (not looking for those who just squeak by)
- Pass a class III flight physical and physiological training
- No permanent profile (to include shaving profile)
- No more than 70 inches tall
- Must be able to swim 100 meters without pause in ACU’s using any stroke
- Have a clear speaking voice without speech impediments
- Able to lift 50 pounds waist high
At this time I am only recruiting for SGT positions. I do not currently have any SSG and above positions. I will consider a SPC(P) if they already have WLC and strong references from their Chain of Command. I currently have open positions at our headquarters as well as my detachment at Joint Base Hickam, Hawaii. These positions won't last long and once they're filled I likely will not be hiring again for at least a year.
If you're interested in the program, please contact me on RP with a good .mil email address and I will forward you the full selection criteria and application.

1SG I would love to apply for the flight stewards program. I am very interested and if there are still spots open I would like a good POC email or number if possible. Although I am not E-5 just yet I have almost 5 years in and I am WLC qualified. I also live on Schofield Barracks, HI.
