I am currently in the TNARNG in a mechanized infantry unit as an 11B looking for a Chief Warrant Officer(3-5) to sign a Letter of Recommendation or at least impart some wisdom on how I might find someone that would.

Either find your closest National Guard aviation battalion or go to Campbell and find 101 CAB. Talk to company aviators at both locations until you find the Warrant Officer that will be willing to interview you and potentially write you a letter. If they aren't initially willing to, find out what they are looking for. Have your packet complete and with you so that they see you are serious about your future. Good luck and I am sure you will end up successful in your endeavor to get a letter.

I suggest you get letters from those who currently fly
I think those will be more valid to you candidacy.

Looking for a CW3-5 for a Letter of Recommendation in my WOFT packet. What is my best option?

How far are you from Campbell? When I was at Bragg I went to the flight line and went to one of the companies and just talked to some WO’s. Most are extremely happy to help or at least point you in the right direction. If you can’t reach out on here. I looked up the top CW3 on RP and asked her to review the summary portion of my resume.

I'm about 4 hours away from Campbell. I won't really have the opportunity to get up there before my packet is due though.
