I am a promotable 25U SSG strongly considering submitting my warrant packet. Due to the assignments I’ve had I haven’t had the opportunity to work with any Warrant Officers also being assigned to an NCO academy makes it that much harder. Other than knocking on every BDE and above S-6/G-6 office on the installation i really haven’t reached an ideal solution. Any help possible would be appreciated. Out side of cold calling what would be the best avenue of approach for finding a Signal Warrant?

I apologize for the lack of responses. I appreciate all of the feedback. I was able to obtain my letter of recommendation and was subsequently selected on the September board. Again I thank everyone for their assistance and suggestions.

If you’re on Ft. Gordon, the Warrant Officer proponent conducts a WO briefing at your HQs every Tuesday.

Chief Banks thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately I am stationed at Ft. Hood, but I was able to find assistance here. Thank you again.
