Just out of curiosity does any body know if you are required to re board if you fall off the promotion list?? Im asking because this time will be the 5th time i fell off in 3 years. once in 2011 twice in 2012 once last year and again this year. A lot of us in my platoon always fall off this list. we are pretty consistent with keeping up on our APFT/WQ so why this always happens i have no idea. i think it would be pretty ridiculous for us to re board if it comes to that.. thank you

You are supposed to be re-boarded if you were Board Promotable. Commands can/will let it slide depending on the error and if it is corrected within 30 days. This doesn't mean they have to. They can require you go back to the promotion board. Automatic promotable statists will just re-populate after 30 days.
