Lost P status a week before BLC. Do I lose my slot or do I still go?

Ok, provided what you have presented here is correct, accurate and all of it? Your Platoon Sergeant is an idiot. He or she cannot "pull" your P status, your SQL, your PSG, heck your 1SG cannot do it. Only your commander can do that and it has to be done with a flag. Someone needs to stay in their lane and know their job.
Take that counseling you got and use your CoC open door policy. It's BS.

Are you certain you lost your promotable status? Like, you went into your ERB and your promotion points are blank? A PSG cannot remove your promotable status.

SPC (Join to see) always check source documents. No commander is going to pull your promotable status for that especially after end of month reports have been turned in. The only way to change that is to flag or bar you. You can’t be flagged because you’ve done nothing wrong. No battalion commander is going to approve a bar for someone just for missing some items on a packing list.
