"Marine court-martialed for refusing to remove Bible verse" -- Is this Media propaganda or good reporting?

Notice that the headline is about being courts-martialed for the Bible verse but that Article goes over several other violations of the UCMJ. Is this marketing the story or just the media misleading the public?
