The Army finally selected some senior 12Ts to MSG (6 to be exact) after several years of pass overs. Congrats to all who made the list especially my two former PSGs.

I'm blessed to make it as a 92Y AGR in the secondary zone. Only 6 SFC's made it out of a little bit over 200.

I would like to congratulate all those that made it. First look secondary zone, and I did not pick up. They picked up 5 68As and one of them just graduated from WOC school. I guess it just wasn't my time yet. Maybe next year. Just gives me another year to do more as a SFC.

Congratulations to all of you that made the selection for promotion. I am sure you put in a great deal of sacrifice and time. To all of those that did not make the list please don't let this define your leadership. You are still great leaders and worthy of the rank you currently hold. Just look at it this way, someone's staff still needs a great SFC and a Soldier has need of your guidance. A promotion may remove you from these people that have need your knowledge. For now, train, maintain and sustain. Promotion is on the horizon. A setback is a setup for a comeback!!! Stay motivated always!

I have to say congratulations to all of those who made this list!!! Job Well done! To those who did not, it is an army of attrition at this point and if you are still in it hold your head high and keep fighting the good fight. Rewards do come to those who wait. It isn't what you want to hear but it's the truth. You will get your turn, do what needs to be done and make your records look as good as possible. There are only so many promotions to hand out and eventually you will get yours.
When I was promoted in my Primary MOS I had 8 years time in grade as a SSG, and I waited 8 more to hit the MSG list... My 20 rolled around and I decided it was time to take the benefits. 50% at 20.

Holy crap. Not one single 25B or 25U got a sequence number. A few 25Ds, so congrats to them.
