May I request for someone to access ATRRS for me to obtain the course catalog for 542-36B10?

I am enrolled with the course for July. Just need some help to prepare since I can't access ATRRS at home. Thanks in advance.

**All students must possess a CAC ID for training and access to the training site. Ensure your CAC does not expire during the period of training.
** Attendance to these courses is in a TDY status that requires a case-by-case ETP for travel to training by their ACOM or ASCC Commanding General or an HQDA Principal Official in accordance with the current SECARMY travel policy. Soldiers in a permanent change of station (PCS) status require an exception to policy signed by the Under Secretary of the Army or Vice Chief of Staff of the Army. Soldiers/Service Members in a Joint Command or Service Specific Command, not under the authority of the SECARMY, will follow procedures from their Department or Command.
1. Reporting:
(a) 369th Adjutant General Battalion assumes UCMJ authority over all Soldiers in a PCS or PCS with TDY enroute status while training at the Finance and Comptroller School. Soldiers in a TDY and return status who experience UCMJ issues will be disenrolled and returned to their home station for disciplinary action.
(b) ***COVID-19 Instructions: Until further notice, Basic Officer Leader Course and Captains Career Course students will report NLT 1700 the day prior to course start date. There will be a welcome formation at 1800 on that day outside of IHG Dozier Hall. All students are required to attend this formation for COVID-19 Isolation Brief. Face cover is required in order to access public facilities including but not limit to Post Exchange, Commissary, Post Office. It is highly recommended students to bring masks with them if they want to access any public facilities on Ft. Jackson prior to class start. Basic Officer Leader Course and Captains Career Course students must report to the first day of class in OCP.***
(c) Soldiers attending the Finance Technician course report to Echo Company, 2305 Sumter Ave, [login to see] . SSG and below will be lodged in barracks. SFC and above will be lodged at the IHG Army Hotel, 7550 Benning Road, [login to see] .
**Soldiers must report 14 days prior to Finance Technician start date in order to complete an isolation before they will be allowed to start. All Soldier s will complete a 14 day isolation and will be placed into the first available course.
(d) All other students must travel to arrive the day prior to class start and report to the classroom the first day of class at the scheduled start time.
(e) Instructors will email students welcome letters with instructions pertaining to the course. Welcome letters normally are sent 30 days prior to the course start date. Additional information can be found at

2. Government quarters.
(b) Soldiers, SSGs and below, attending the Finance Technician course will be lodged in barracks. SFC and above will be lodged at the IHG Army Hotel, 7550 Benning Road, [login to see] .
3. Government mess.
(a) Soldiers are directed government meals at no cost to the Soldier seven days per week.
(b) Civilian students will be authorized full meal per diem for all courses.
4. Transportation:
(a) Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE), Columbia, SC, is located 25 miles from Ft Jackson. Commercial bus, limousine, and taxi services are available to and from Ft Jackson. There is no dedicated government transportation available. There is a USO located inside the air terminal; hours of operation are 0800-2100 Monday-Friday and 0800-2000 Saturday and Sunday. If assistance is needed while the USO is not operational, call the Staff Duty Officer at [login to see] .
(b) Commercial local and long distance bus service is available at the Victory Travel Center, 6510 Strom Thurmond Blvd., Ft Jackson, SC. toll free [login to see] or local [login to see] .
(c) Students must be at least 21 years old and have a valid credit card to rent a car in the state of South Carolina.
(d) The in and around mileage limit for students residing on post is 8 miles per day and 20 miles per day for those residing off post.
5. Uniform/Appearance:
(a) Civilian students are expected to dress professionally in a business casual manner. Jeans, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, leggings, other sports attire, and other like items are not considered professional. Men should wear slacks and shirt (jacket/tie optional). Women should wear slacks/skirt and blouse or dress.
(b) Soldiers are expected to maintain a professional military appearance at all times. The Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP), is the prescribed uniform during course attendance. Students from other branches of service and countries will wear the equivalent uniform as prescribed by applicable
regulations.
(e) Soldiers attending the Finance Technician course will bring all clothing they are required to possess in accordance with AR 700-84, paragraph 1-4i(1). Students from other branches of service will bring the full complement of uniforms prescribed by the applicable regulations for their branch of service. Sales, and a Commissary are available on Fort Jackson.

I was trying to call the number to ask about the clothing that we are bringing in for the training. Will that include the TA-50 SGM?
I haven't gotten a welcome letter as well. I would really wanna call them to know more information but no answers from the phone numbers online..
