Was anyone affected by this or know anyone that might have?
This company recently did my move and it was by far the worst experience ever! Not only did they break stuff as they unpacked it, but they also lost some of my belongings. Next time I will probably suck it up and do my own move.

We used Bekins and all went smoothly. Seems like they outsourced the unload crew locally though. I am sure your situation is not unique though.
