For sure, D-15-4 March - May 82 cycle. SFC Sable and SGT Morrison, took honor platoon, both me and another trroop from our platoon took high PT awards, he took first and last, I took mid. I was 19 and was on my way to becoming just another screw up when I enlisted. The Army had helped me learn a lot as a young guy. Just wish I had that just finished BCT agility. Good times!

I sure do. Those were some of the best times. Especially when I got my orders to stay there after OSUT.

I still recall all three as an 11B. Especially Misery. I was at Ft. Knox from 2010 to 2013. I recall doing PT on Misery. Easy going down, but a hassle in coming back up. I was "embracing the suck" that day. When I left in 2013, ROTC took over the those barracks that were close to the COFs and A through E companies got disbanded in 2014 I belive. I was in Bravo Company. Now civilians took over all of the COFs. 2nd Infantry Regiment disbanded too. 2nd Battalion is now attached to 10th Mountain Division. 1st ID relocated back to Fort Cambell as well.

A-8-3 right across from the reception center October of 59 I still remember that hill. I am too fat now to make it. We were given brown boots and had to dye them black at the center. SSGT Arnett and Sparrow. Would like to hear from someone from that time. 112 heavy weapons
