I remember a guy named wheeler. He was going to wheeled vehicle mechanic school after basic. He walked 17km of return graduation march with a shattered ankle and said nothing. He even put my hand on his shouldered and helped me up the last hill. He was awarded a generals coin by the base general himself.

I do, I was at Fort Knox back in 1984, charging those same three hills! They gave me the best physical shape of my life for sure!

Yes for sure but not from BCT, military school on post I am from the hills of the ky river and those 3 tortured me
