Does anyone have any information in regards to:
RA ONLY: A BASIC ACTIVE SERVICE DATE (BASD) BETWEEN 2 SEP 94 AND 2 MAR 08 (BOTH DATES INCLUSIVE).
This is a 4 year jump from the FY15 board.

SFC (Join to see) - I would advice you to do the same. You may never know, they may still be a chance

SFC (Join to see) - SFC Eduardo Hernandez, it would s my understanding this is part of the sequestration. the message was legitimate. I wanted to validate my board file and found I could not. Still, I have had a good career, just wanted to actually wear the diamond.

SFC (Join to see) - I fully understand the drive that we all have in our NCO Corps. I'm still very hungry and I would love nothing more than to have that opportunity. If it comes down to me Retiring as a SFC I will be proud of my service and hang my hat and walk away with my dignity, respect and I'll know I gave it my all.

I was told this change occurred because they are going to change the RCPS at some point and those SFCs that are outside the dates would not have enough time at the new grade to meet the ADSO (3 years) before they hit the RCP at the new grade.

I have often wondered how my USAF records would look to an Army board. Obviously I wouldn't make the cut to be promoted but I still wonder how well they would look.

I don't know if any active duty CSM who have been board members to a MSG board. They have all been retired I'm sure there's one on rp that may be able to alaborate

It's pretty much down to tough assignments and strong quantifiable success in your evaluations until the new evals roll out. Drill Sergeant and Recruiter duty seems to be a trend in SFC/MSG promotions in my field.
