My company is hiring. It doesn't show up on Rallypoint in the job search listings. How can I share so that qualified candidates can find us?

*edit* To further clarify, How can I get the company to show up when I search for available civilian careers via this link: https://www.rallypoint.com/careers/civilian#search_advanced_job_search_params%5Bjobs_distance%5D=0.0-50.0
That's the default that comes up for me....

Share Links to them with applicable tags - "Employment", "Jobs", and other more specific jobs.
Ask mods to push them to those tagged as "Job Seekers".
Consider taking over the official page for your organization on Rallypoint and creating sponsored posts.
Create posts and questions related to your jobs listing and fields expertise.
Tell me first because selfishness :P

BAHAHA.
I personally don't have enough background knowledge of all the positions. I'm not in the HR department, I'm just a operations/quality assurance gal who LOVES her job. Seriously. OmegaFi. Several jobs listed.... we cannot seem to find the right people to fill the spots. We are in Columbus GA - right next to Fort Benning. I'm the only veteran (that I know of) of over 100 employees. If you're IT type - please please for the love of all things holy, come check us out. We need you.
I mean.... I don't mind flooding a bunch of individual links with tags if that's what it takes, but I suspect admins would not be happy with me doing so. We have over 10 positions available.... some hiring multiple people.
My company doesn't have an official page. How can I make one or suggest to my HR department that they get on here? I thought that alot of the job links were links from 3rd party sites which is how they showed up during an applicants search.
So. Confused.

PO3 (Join to see) - SSG James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" can probably help you with that. I bug him with everything tier up.
And no, they wouldn't mind you creating 10 separate links for different jobs within your organization. I do it with my blog every other week.
That Wordpress job does seem enticing. I don't have much to show for good design, though. My blog simply gets the job done.

PO3 (Join to see), please pass on an "Attaboy!" from me to whoever wrote the job descriptions. The description for Database Developer I is by far one of the best-written job descriptions I've read, and I've been reading a lot of them lately. Not only does it give a realistic estimate of how much time gets spent on each category in a DevOps team, it gives useful descriptions of what the person will be doing instead of a laundry list of tools. I also like the honesty of "Other duties as required." -- the last time I saw that in a job description was when my boss made me write up my own job description and I used that catchall to mask the fact that 80 percent of my day was spent working on necessary stuff that was unfortunately outside the scope of the contract.

SSgt Timothy Prevost or Capt Brandon Charters should be able to help your company if they are interested in getting their roles and a stronger presence in front of a veteran audience
