My employer is going back on some things they said when I agreed to come back. What should I do?

I work in oilfield and do 2 weeks on 1 week off. They're now telling me if I want to continue that I need to go to another location. I work in West Tx and fly so I can leave our only vehicle with my spouse and son. The other location is in South Tx and I'd have to drive. My goal is active duty when I get our of guard. ETS is August but I'm submitting a DD-368 next week. Anything I can do to help speed up process? I don't want to get another job for a few months.

Question, have you spoken to a Recruiter. When I transitioned from the National guard in Ohio to Active Duty, the recruiter handled everything and I was on my way in two weeks.

SFC, yes I have. He's the one who initiated my DD-368. It has to go from my unit and work it's way up to the TAG to be accepted or denied. Your unit CDR can not sign off on them anymore for approval.

Okay then, I am not sure of anything you can do to make things go faster. Have you discussed this at all with your CO? Perhaps he can advise you on other measures you can take. Best of luck to you. Thank you for your service.

Do they not honor that military clause?
I'm guessing you work somewhere in Odessa or Midland. I have PM'd you. I have some questions to ask about the oil field jobs.
