My NG contract isn't showing up in the unit and ruining my career. How do it end it?

I served on AD for 11.5 years. I decided to ETS April 4 2020. I signed a 1 yr contract with the NG. While separating from the Army I applied and was accepted for a Law Enforcement job. I contacted the unit in the time that was stated on the paperwork on my contract. They said they could not see me yet and to try back later. I continued to contact but got no where. My new job then asked for a letter of good standing for my LE job with the national guard unit. The unit told me they could not give me a letter until I was in the unit. I'm on verge of loosing this job due to needing a letter of good standing or letter stating I'm not in the NG now. The unit isn't helpful or trying to figure out where paperwork issue. I have talked to NG bites and HRC as well. At this point I'm done and ready to put army behind me. Any way of ending this contract now that anyone knows of?

The unit isn’t helpful in finding the contract you signed with an Active Duty AGR Reserve Component Career Counselor who handed you a copy of the contract? A third party, (the NG) doesn’t have the contract you (the first party) signed with the RCCC (the second party)?
So, what happened to your copy? Before you say that you never received a copy, the SOP for every RCCC is to give the SM a copy as they put process

I have provided the unit a copy of the contract and accompanying paper work several times. They keep saying that it doesn't matter and they can't do anything until I show up in the system.

There is a gap here. Where is your copy of any and all paperwork. Letter of good standing? You served 11.5 years and if you ets’d without incident (11.5?) you should have a clean DD214 and final NCOER. These documents should suffice- if they demand a letter, and you served Honorabley your losing unit would most likely have no problem providing a letter.

So I have provided employer with all that. But they want it from the guard unit since I listed it on my back ground check. They have my dd-214 and three letters of recommendation from several field grade officers.

Do you have a copy of the contract. If so explain that they have somehow lost the paperwork and ask that unit to state that they have no evidence of the contract and it must have been lost in the system. Have you contacted whomever wrote your contract. This seems to simple. SGT (Join to see)

I have, unfortunately the Agency that handles law enforcement credentials only want one of two things. A letter of good standing or a letter/ 214 for time served in the National guard or saying I am not employed by the National guard. They won't accept anything else. I have talked to the RCC that wrote the contract and they don't have any idea of why it isn't showing up. I have elevated to higher echelons but they say it will take time to fix. Time isn't an option for me as this is affecting my job.

SGT (Join to see) - NG cannot give you a DD-214. There is a NGB form that serves the same purpose. Sounds as if you are not employed by the NG. So get them to give you a letter stating such.

LOL,
A contract is a contract and you cant just up and say screw it, im done. Well you can try, but let me know how that goes.
Here's an idea, if you are using your CoC, and they aren't helping, have you thought about talking to the next higher until you get an answer?
