My unit has split our AT into three 5 day orders (Monday - Friday) but is only paying round trip mileage once. Is this right?

I didn't think so either. I wanted to check here before I make a call to IG. I'm also letting the OIC and NCOIC work it from their end before I act. Thanks for your input.

I'm not the regulation guy, so don't quote me on legality... but I have seen units stack an IDT day on either end of orders to prevent having to pay mileage.

I stand corrected... I have a knowledgeable CSM explain that for AT, the distance is 100 miles for travel. It is 50 miles for IDT. But still, it really isn't proper...even if it's correct by regulation.

That’s why I got out of the reserves....they don’t want you on orders for longer then 30 days
