My unit is deploying 2 months before I get there. Will I deploy with them, even though I heard about a 6-month dwell time AR 614-30 (Korea)?

I PCS’d to Korea for a 1 year unaccompanied tour and will be PCSing at the begging of August to my next duty station. I will not get to my next duty station until the middle of August after a 1 week of leave for home, my unit that I will be PCSing too will be deploying in June so 2 months before I arrive to the unit, and I wanted to know if there is a chance that I could get deployed with my unit even though they will already be at the deployment location, and I also wanted to know about the dwell time of 6 months I have been hearing about because of the one year tour in Korea and if that will be put in affect for when I get to my duty station?

You may be deployed at the end of your dwell, that's up to your command team.

Am I able to say no if they do ask to deploy me since the regulations state that I’m not supposed to deploy for 6 months after a 1 year unaccompanied tour?

I hope you don't really mean that! If you have a document that allows you to dwell for six months" before any deployment, your unit commander will NOT violate that. Keep in mind as a Soldier that the Army doesn't ask. This is why the black on white 8X11 sheet of paper called "ORDERS".
