Name some corporations that are out there that are "REALLY" trying to bridge the gap between the military and civilian sectors?

Union Pacific. My wife recently retired from the corporate offices in Omaha, but we keep tabs on our biggest meal ticket!!! UPRR is doing an incredible job of specifically recruiting veterans for all sorts of job positions, and, and from my very close view point, is doing an OUTSTANDING job.

Ive yet to personally experience it but friends of mine talk highly of USAA and GE.
