Is a National Guard member who is on title 10 ADT orders since November eligible for the $1,776 supplemental payment?

According to news articles (take it with a grain of salt), those eligible for the Warrior Dividend are personnel in pay grades O6 and below, as well as certain reservists who were on active orders of at least 31 days as of November 30. Regarding reservists, eligibility does not extend automatically to reservists who were not called to active service for the qualifying period.

As you were on ADT orders, you likely do not meet the eligibility criteria, but I would wait for official guidance from either the Department or the White House.
