Those of us at NBZ Jeans are continuing a push towards accomplishing our mission of advocating disability awareness, promoting independence and instilling confidence by designing, developing and marketing a special clothing line for special people to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. To fully accomplish these goals we thought it would be important to share an outside dressing solution that may benefit some of our disabled veterans. We have recently gained the privilege of meeting Stephanie Alves in person. We were honored to engage with Stephanie who created ABL Denim, a company which shares the same passion of providing fashionable dressing solutions that meet the needs of those who are often forgotten about in the fashion community. ABL Denim provides an amazing adaptive solution for those with developmental disabilities and mobility issues, respectively. As NBZ does not produce jeans made specifically for individuals seated in a wheel chair, we thought it would be instrumental to share her amazing solutions to those individuals in need. I personally stepped away from our meeting very impressed with Stephanie's urge to help our disabled veteran population. She has even been publicized on Paralyzed Veterans of America’s PN News. Stephanie is also showing the jeans at several VA Canteen concessions in Southern California, see her Facebook page for dates and locations(https://www.facebook.com/abldenim.abletailor). As NBZ Jeans continues its highly motivated efforts towards the mission at hand we wanted to share ABL Denim to all that may benefit from their services. http://abldenim.com/
