Does anyone have any good Values bullets that cover an NCO's compliance with the  Sharp program?

How about "attended all mandatory briefings when told to do so"?

Save that for the inevitable mandatory EO bullets!

Everyone is asking for a bullet for value. Is everyone tracking the new MILPER message says it needs to go in the leadership area

Excellent point, there seems to be a lot of confusion over this even in the senior ranks. When in doubt, always go back to the written directive/guidance.

These are all great bullets that you could use or potentially give you ideas for one, but I am a firm believer that we should try to be unique.  When everyone is saying the same thing about their rated NCO, then it becomes canned and difficult for those that are board members to distinguish between everyone.  I recommend saying exactly how the NCO supported the program within their unit in your own words.  Also, remember, the bullet is not mandatory yet for everyone, only for those that have a FROM DATE after 28 September 2013.

POSITIVE

Created
and maintained a safe living environment by implementing risk reduction
procedures and policies with barracks visitation and inspections

Ensured
leader development plans included accomplishment of quarterly training on Equal
Opportunity and SHARP

Consistently
enabled leaders to instill order, discipline, respect, and resilience to uphold
high ethical standards and prevent complacency

Consistently
imparted invaluable guidance on the SHARP program to his Soldiers; provided
safety measures during weekend safety briefing

Displayed
concern for the SHARP program by eagerly engaging in various discussions during
unit training sessions

Actively
supported the SHARP program by attending the annual SHARP stand down day event

NEGATIVE

Failed to
foster a climate of dignity, respect and adherence to the SHARP Program

Does not
support the SHARP Program due to a substantiated finding that the Soldier
committed an act of sexual harassment

Does not
support the SHARP Program due to the student fostering an unhealthy class
environment by making sexual innuendos

Did not
adhere to command training guidance and the SHARP program; missed several
training sessions
