All of us in my RSC - waitlisted since last year for 46Z SLC; I'm now on the promotion list but it doesn't seem like this will make any difference whatsoever to getting a reserved seat. Would my luck be better getting a seat in the IRR? Would I drop off the list? Maybe try my SMOS?
