Greetings fellow Vets. I need your feedback and input. I'm ramping up a new website with a new feature to help our fellow military brothers and sisters. The feature is a "membership" page for transitioning veterans. Thus, I'm wondering: what are your greatest needs--or do you suppose are for transitioning veterans--when it comes to change and transitioning back to the life, to new career...and in terms of knowledge, skills, abilities and resources to help with your/their transition? My question includes career/job search, but is not exclusive to that...just any part of change/transition for military member. Would really appreciate your input so I can hit the target on this effort.

Definitely include a section (and resources) about résumé writing, MSgt Kevin McNulty. I know that goes without saying, but add in resources that vets can tap into to write a good résumé. That's important.
