New RallyPoint desktop header (Jan 2015); give us your feedback...

We just rolled out a new RallyPoint header design today. We actually have a few more improvements in the works for it, but wanted the new version out and live. The goal of the new header is to make it easier to find what you most want, and also to give a more modern look.
What do you think? What else would you like to see in the header?
We are always looking to improve our site for your members. Side note: we know that our mobile experience needs improvement as well... we are trying to work on all fronts.

Looks good. I like not having to scroll back to the top of the page to get to some of the links now. That's a pet-peeve of mine in web design. Too many sites don't scroll critical UI links with the main content of the page forcing the user to use the back button or to scroll all the way to the top to get where they want to go.

I like it. It is pretty neat and clean. It seems to be more functional all as well. I really can't think how to improve it much more than what it is.

I like it. It looks clean, crisp, and professional - the way I would expect a military networking site to look. I would say that this is inspection ready.

Sweet! I asked for this in the attached topic and RP pulled through! I bet it's been in the works long before I posted, but it's cool to see my brain and RP's in sync.

If you could make one change to Rallypoint what would it be? and why? RP admin team is and does monitor this thread so your voice/writing here will be heard/read. A few changes have already happened due to user feedback so keep it coming. In the last few months there have been numerous changes made and this site has become even better and more user friendly. I truly believe that the changes were made based off of feedback form the community....

Thanks SSG Justin McCoy - A lot of that was work by Mike Pape (RP Staff) . We are continuing to work on the Android app. We know there is much improvement to go on it.
