How can I determine if officer promotion for W1-CW2 is delayed?

I’m struggling to get clarity on my promotion (eligible 4/2021), all I keep hearing is ‘officers are delayed’. My scroll # to CW2 is PSL04-22. Does anyone on this forum have the ability to login and check? 13 months waiting for something that should be automatic seems a bit excessive to me.

So, automatic is kind of a misnomer. Yes once you reach 2 years TIG as a WO1 and are qualified, your promotion is guaranteed with an effective Date of Rank of 24 moths TIG as a WO1 (or date after 24 months you were qualified whichever is later). Unfortunately as National Guard officers we have to deal with the FEDREC process. My understanding is that because promotions to CW2/1LT are backdated, they only get worked once a quarter. The theory being we'll get backpay and the TIG in the next grade still counts.
All that said, the thread I follow for updates (link below) shows your scroll has been approved, so if your FEDREC order (NGB 122e) isn't in your iperms already, it should be shortly. Then your state G1 just needs to process the backend IPPS-A fedrec and promotion PARs.
