On my ASU All Weather Coat/Overcoat, do I wear E-5 shoulder boards or pin on rank?

STA-Brite pin-on rank, not shoulder boards. Shoulder boards are worn by NCOs only when wearing Dress Blues White Shirt. I have been out for close to 4 years now.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the uniform displayed are Marine uniforms are they not? I thought the discussion was about “Army” uniforms? Are uniforms of other branches now interchangeable?
