On orders to Fort Bragg

Im currently on oreders to Fort Bragg and have a pin point assignment already. I have recently been in contact with my branch manager and was informed that if I could find a slot or opening elsewhere on Bragg he would gladly change my pin point to that unit. Im not airborne qualified despite how much i want to be. My branch manager also said that if i could get an oppening at an airborne unit he would ensure that i either get a TDY and return airborne school date or one enroute. This may be a long shot but any feedback possible will help. I can submit NCOERs and/or ERBs if requested by those in a position to hands on help with this.
