Once my packet is forwarded to the command surgeon and battalion operations how long does it take for it to come back?

I’m a prior service soldier my dd214 says condition not a stability I was discharged for martial issues but they linked it to an adjustment disorder it’s nothing wrong with me just had a lot of issues with my wife during my time things are fine now we’ve went to counseling she even wrote a statement with being 100 percent supportive of the idea. Just wondering do I have a shot to get back in or will the general request more information?
