Recently there was an incident on a social media site, and a few soldiers posted some apparently sexist/offensive posts. They were asked to remove the post by a female 1st Sgt. She was offended by the post. From what I've been told she jumped her Chain of Command to report the event and to see that it was handled in a way that was professional. She also received an ARCOM for her actions. I don't know all the details so I can't express my opinion about it. If anyone can, please explain the full story and your take on the situation

Correct me if i'm wrong here but are we not leaders 24/7? Some are upset because she received an Arcom. So what? I believe she did the right thing. What are your thoughts?
