I thought I would step away from some of the more serious topics we have been discussing here, all of which have been great, and talk about something a little bit more fun.

For years, this debate has raged on and on. Personally, I enjoy a nice glass of OJ in the morning and normally a glass of apple juice for lunch. So, RallyPoint, what say you? Which do you prefer?

Not in your Pic, but the Grape. Unfermented in the morning, fermented in the evening.

Tough decisions here. OJ is good with Grey Goose. Apple Juice is good with Grey Goose. Cranberry Juice is good with Grey Goose. Pineapple Juice is good with Grey Goose. Tomato Juice is good with Grey Goose. Haven't tried Prune Juice and Grey Goose though(don't think I will either). Thanks SGT Ben Keen my day is now ruined with this quandary of decisions....

LTJG Robert M. Have you thought of making your own from raw product? I do this. Like you, I also drink a lot of coffee.

Depends on what kind and type. There are some juices which have simple sugars which will call a spike in insulin levels. Not good for diabetics.

My coffee is all sugar too. so for me no difference haha. But yes you are right even if you get the 100% juice (not the 100% vitamin C that people mistake for the other because they don't read) you are still getting fructose. Although it is natural, it can still add up quickly.
